This Term is made to let you know the license we provide and the terms you should comply with, and how we collect, use and protect your information. Your privacy is an important factor that Minifier Browser (that's us) considers in the development of each of our products and services. We are committed to being transparent and open.
For us, "personal identifiable information" means information which identifies you, like your name or email address, etc.
Any information that falls outside of this is "non-personal identifiable information."
If we store your personal identifiable information combined with non-personal identifiable information, we will consider the combination as personal identifiable information; and if we remove all personal identifiable information from the combination, the remaining is non-personal identifiable information. The personal identifiable information and non-personal identifiable information collectively referred to as “your information”.

When we collected your information, we will use it in the ways that you have permitted. Generally, we use your information to help us provide and improve our products and services for your better experience.
Some websites want to know your location so that we can offer better service according to your location. You can decline them in pop-up window or clear them in settings. This information can’t be trMinifierd back.
Modify or delete the contents of your USB storage as your instructions.
Read the contents of your USB storage.
We use this permission so that you can download pictures, videos, music etc. to your SD card. We do access any files on your SD card as your instructions.
View network connections.
We use this permission so that you can search and load webpages. It's a basic feature for a browser application.
Prevent Phone from sleeping.
The only purpose using this permission is to prevent the phone from going to sleep when you are playing videos in full screen mode, we won't do it for other purposes.
Your authorization will be needed for execution of Beast Search to find the Application you want.
(1) Read your contacts
Used to display contact name of missed calls or SMS on lock screen. No contact identified information will be collected.
(2) Send and view SMS
Used in messaging service in Smart Locker, including receive, reply. No Message content will be collected.
(3) Read call log
Used in phone call service in Smart Locker, including display phone number and time of missed calls, and users can spontaneously change status of missed calls. No calls information will be collected.
(4) Information you give us
Many of our services require you to sign up for a Account. When you do, we’ll ask for personal information, like your name, email address, telephone number to store with your account.
Whenever you use our services, we aim to provide you with access to your personal information. If that information is wrong, we strive to give you ways to update it quickly or to delete it – unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes.
We aim to maintain our services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Because of this, after you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not remove information from our backup systems.
We are committed to protecting your information once we have it. We implement physical, business and technical security measures. In addition, if we learn of a security breach, we'll notify you so that you can take reasonable protective steps.
We don't want your personal identifiable information unless we need it, and we only keep it long enough to satisfy the requirement we collected it for. Once we don't need it, we take steps to destroy it unless we are required by law to keep it longer.
We're a global organization and our computers are in several different plMinifiers around the world. We also use service providers whose computers may also be in various countries. This means that your information might end up on one of those computers in another country, and that country may have a different level of data protection regulation than yours. Giving us your information means you consent to this kind of transfer of your information. No matter what country your information is in, we will make reasonable efforts to comply with applicable law and will also abide by the commitments we make in this Term.
If you are under 13 years old, we don't want your information, and you must not provide it for us. If you are a parent and believe that your child who is under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us to remove your child's information.
Minifier Brower is the exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to all software, databases and other aspects and technologies related to the application, and any enhancements thereto. We grant to users the limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to download, install and use the application and related services pursuant to the limited rights expressly granted and as specifically set forth in this Term. Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application or related services.
We ask you to use our application and related services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited not to send or share any sensitive information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through our application and services.
Minifier Brower and our business partners (including advertisers, publishers, etc.) shall not be liable to the users for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind, even if we have been advised or was aware of the possibility of such loss or damages. We shall not make any warranties of any kind that our application, services will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, operate without error. Except for expressly described in this Term, we hereby disclaim any warranties of express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose.
The users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Minifier Brower, affiliates, or our business partners harmless from any liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, resulting from any third party claim relating to any breach of any obligation, representation or warranty made by users described in this Term.
This Term shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong without regard to the conflicts of law provisions thereof. Any dispute, claim or controversy relating to the interpretation or implementation of this Term shall be subject to friendly consultation in the principle of mutual benefit. Any dispute arising out of implementation this Term shall be submitted to arbitration in the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre according to the Rules then in force. The award of the arbitration tribunal shall be final and binding upon the Parties.
We may need to change this Term from time to time. If the changes are substantial, we will announce the update through Minifier Browser's usual channels, such as blog posts and forums. Your continued use of the product or service after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. To make your review more convenient, we will post an effective date at the top of the page.
